We strive to provide knowledgeable resources to the communities we serve, timely responses to questions, and work with supporting professionals to ensure the highest financial integrity is upheld.

GLSWA provides top-notch sewer services to both commercial and residential dwellings as well as water management services and back up services to municipal partners and select private water sources. Our team of experienced professionals is equipped with advanced tools and technology to ensure that we deliver quality and efficient services. Our services are available 24/7, and we respond promptly to emergency calls.

Meetings are scheduled on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 1:30 PM, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The Authority, authorized under Public Act 233 of 1955, was established through planning and financial gifts & grants from 1975 through 1981. Throughout the years the Authority has grown in size, services, and partner communities. In addition to the member municipalities, the Authority also serves the Village of Richland, Village of Augusta, portion of Charleston Township, and partners with the City of Kalamazoo on select projects. Each of the member municipalities may elect one elected official
