UPC - Utility Policy Committee

Location: Oshtemo Township Hall - 7275 W Main St. Kalamazoo MI
The UPC was established through a Water Service Agreement between the City of Kalamazoo and seven members of surrounding townships and villages. The UPC meets with City officials to review and discuss matters affecting the water system, including operations and maintenance, financial policy, utility rates, and capital planning. The Authority, as the water and sewer agent for it's member municipalities, participates in the ongoing activities and consults with the Authority Board Members as directed.
