Bill Payment Options
Online Utility Bill Payment
GLSWA works with InvoiceCloud, a third party vendor, to accept utility bill payments. Customers can manage their payment options, payment dates, set up automatic payments, and enroll in paperless billing.
To locate your account you will need:
- Your Service Address: enter at least 3 characters of your service address, we recommend entering your house number
- Name: Last name or business name, we recommend entering the first 3 characters

For payments over $250, ACH/EFT is recommended . GLSWA will cover the processing fee for ACH/EFT transactions. All other processing fees are the account holders responsibility.

Type in the first 3 numbers of your house number.
Type in the first 3 characters of your Name.
You may need to search twice.

Select the invoice for your street address.
The account number should match your bill and be in the format of ######-000.
Select Register Selected Invoices.

Your Account At A Glance
Once your account is registered or you login, you are able to manage your account, see open invoices, recent payments, and upcoming scheduled payments as well as sign up for paperless billing.
Pay My Invoice
Log on to your account, register, save payment methods, set up auto pay or one time payments, check your payment history and more, online.
Manage Accounts
View and manage all of your accounts and add more accounts.
AutoPay
AutoPay is scheduled to pull fund from your Payment Method on the 20th of month due, automatically. You will continue to get invoice notifications.
If you setup EFT/ACH from your bank, GLSWA will cover the transaction fee.
All other online or phone payment methods are charged a fee.
Utility Bills are charged $2.95.
Other bills, such as a permit fee, is charged 2.95% or $3.50, whichever is greater.
Paperless Billing
Setup paperless billing and receive the invoice and notices by e-mail.
When you choose paperless, you help reduce the overhead cost of the sewer services by about $10/year.
The Authority has 46.37% Paperless Customers as of June 2025.
